New and old users of DNS service can register or login to Resolve. on the first page of the portal, in the box located on the right side of the portal.
When logging in, enter your e-mail address and the password you choose, and click on "Sign in". If you are not yet registered in the system, you can do so by clicking on the "Sign up" button. After clicking, I will open a form for you, which you must complete in full to successfully register.
If you are an existing user of the DNS Siel service, you do not need to re-register in the portal, but you can only log in with an existing e-mail address and password. This way, the system will automatically link the old account and transfer all existing domains along with existing records to the new service.
An overview of packages and subscription is available at this link. For a successful conclusion, select the appropriate package and settle the calculated amount. Prior to this, make sure that your account is properly updated with your information. In the event that any information is missing, the procedure will not be possible.
By making a payment, you will lease the package for a period of one year. In the meantime, of course, you can also upgrade the package if you wish, if your wishes and needs have increased. When upgrading, the proportional share of the payment is calculated according to the used or unused period of the old package.
Subscriptions do not need to be concluded for domains registered through the SIEL domain registration service.
After you've added a domain to your user account, it needs to edit its DNS records first. If the domain is new and there are no records on it yet, you can enter them manually. If the domain has been previously registered and the DNS records are on the site of a third party, you can easily transfer your existing DNS records with the help of our wizard.
If you want your domains to use Anycast servers and you want to use the Resolve portal to the fullest, check the DNS servers listed on the domain. If your domains do not yet have x1.si and x2.si servers set up, contact your domain registrar and request a change
